Bau Truong approached us to create a logo design and new brand visual identity for their new store opening in the Makers Dozen at Sydney’s Darling Square. The brief direction was to be modern and fresh as well as work with the newly renovated kiosk design.
A modern logo was created for this boutique market hall space. A primary green and earthy colour palette was designed to associate freshness with food and tradition with the heritage of the established restaurant. The selected logo uses a serif refined font face, having letters overlapping and the R nesting within the U for a sense of playfulness. A brand style guide and menu designs for the stores light boxes were also created to assist with all future print collateral for the restaurant.
