Westpac

Brief

Westpac approached us to create a logo for their Women’s team division, Women in Westpac. The logo needed to convey care, support and customer focus with a feminine edge, while including brand colours and the 3D Westpac W.

Approach

The final logo design features a heart icon linking the W and cursive text for ‘factor’. This simple yet effective design allows the Westpac W to also represent the word ‘woman’ with the heart icon visually communicating support and care. With the 3D Westpac reflecting light, we chose a gradient colour for the cursive text so that it looks like the Westpac sign is shining onto the word.

Results

This logo was soon used for the team’s documentation branding needs. A variety of logo assets were provided to allow ease use across digital and print platforms.
