Microsoft #WorksForMe

Brief

Microsoft Singapore were looking for a visual identity to encourage staff members back into the workplace using the hashtag #WorksForMe. After a prolonged period of staff working remotely during the pandemic, this branding needed to be friendly, fun and welcoming.

Approach

We went with a friendly approach creating a series of shapes/characters that had their own personas. We added the shapes into in office-theme scenes, at the photocopier, with a white board, on conference calls and celebrating co-workers birthdays for example, to set a positive and feel for returning to the workplace and face-to-face encounters.

The brand identity and detailed style guide were produced along with all digital and print assets for the event launch in March 2022.
